How many chains should I have if the pattern says . Chain multiple 17 plus 16 in your zig zag pattern
Tiffany – it means:
ANY number x 17 (for instance 3 x 17 or 6 x 17 or 10 x 17 – as long as there are groups of 17 stitches – you vary the number of groups of 17 stitches according to how wide you want your project to be) when you have done that THEN add 16 more chain stitches.
