Hmm.. my house is messy, though full of nice things.. and I often dream that someday it will be clean and worthy of a photo-shoot such as these! At least then people will know that.. at least for one day in a lifetime… my home did not look like a bomb hit it! I do love the hexapus pincushion on page 37 of Adorn… you can learn how to make it here. She was designed by Jessica Croker. Adorn also features this book which is all about transforming found objects into neat-o stuff. And Romantic Homes features Alicia from rosylittlethings delightfully whimsy home!

Well… some corners of my house are lovely and nice and neat and cute.. and some are sort of full of little bits of broken up crisps, lollypop sticks.. and stray bits of cotton and wool.. so i do try… it’s sort of… relaxed neat…
