Watching Elizabeth Bennett's carraige take her back to the indignities of her family… Has he missed his chance? I introduced my vomiting 4 year old to the first DVD last night in the early hours of the morning as a distraction (for her AND for me!)… Too young to introduce to the delights of pride & prejudice?

Darcy is looking out the window at the gorgeous garden and the turning circle in the front of the grand county house and thinking "how bothersome, if they leave that sulky there it will spoil the view 🙁 "

Mr Darcy aka Colin Firth is my absolute favourite, as well as my supreme fav romantic movie. The irony of the gaze from Mr Darcy is the longing to hold that perfect woman in his arms..tenderly!
