You can plant some Bok Choy, Broccoli and Sweet Alice Seeds… and they can sprout up merrily from the warm, damp earth like these! That’s what can happen if five days. You could try it at your house.
Very super good and quick and nice seeds are available from Eden Seeds or Green Harvest. The Sunflower seeds I planted took only 3 days to sprout!

Thanks for posting about the sunflowers. I just bought a packet of the giant ones thinking my daughter would just love them, but thought I’d have to wait a month or so before planting them outside (I live in Northern California). I didn’t even think of planting them indoors first! . . . duh. . .
