Yesterday, I popped in on Magnolia Square to visit some ace gals. (Who were setting up their beautifully merchandised stalls – and were clearly the dux of the whole (full of things and sweetly fragranced) market!)
Afterwards I navigated my maiden voyage to Patchwork on Central Park.. to say hello to Lynn (Robio’s dear friend!) – and see what gorgeous treats they had in store. (There were plenty.. but I’m on a budget after a very quiet week or two in the shop!)
And added a lot of this…
And a bit of this from Lynns’ too…
And after a bit of a peek at these…
I had this….
Thanks to Brooke and Cam and Kirsty for their lovely encouragement!
xx mikes

Beautiful greeny shipness!
I walked RIGHT PAST Patchwork on Central on Tuesday and did not even go in! Can you fathom?!?! Mind you, I did have a majorly grumpy dog, a pram, and two children under four with me, so I have an excuse (just as well because our bank account is as empty as my hands were full). I was itching to, though — looked longingly through the window (nice red/white quilt). We used to live right round the corner but don’t make it to those parts much these days.
Pip where on earth do you find the time for all these wonderful pursuits? I love the cushion and I felt very chuffed to know a couple of those clever gals at Magnolia Square thanks to Mikes Stitching Night!
