I was asked to make some cute sandwiches for Kidspot for a campaign they were working on a while ago. They wanted animal themed snacks that kids would find hard to resist and Mums would be able to replicate at home. Talk about a fun job!
I took my cue from kawaii Japanese kids lunches and flipped through some vintage kids books to gather inspiration. I thought about what my niece and nephew might like to look at and eat too. Then I went crazy with the scone cutters and a couple of sharp knives. Here is what I came up with!

PS: It was pointed out to me on Instagram that Ida Skivenes is the reigning sandwich Queen! I think that is completely true!
