Social Justice softies for mirabel

Softies for Mirabel – in Mikes Window!

November 27, 2007

Yikes! We did it today! Here are some shots of the window! They aren’t that good, due to the reflection. There are more coming tomorrow – we need some no reflection night shots! But I wanted to show you these straight away! Tomorrows shots will be heaps better! If you click on the pics they will enlarge!

Some of these guys are amazing! Have a look! This window is up for a week only… so if you want to see it in the flesh, be superquick! The toys (which are all handmade and have come from all over the world, as well as within Australia) will then be delivered to The Mirabel Foundation to be distributed to some of the 600 kids that they support.

Stay tuned for better photos! Night-time is the right time!
xx mikes
PS – if you take any nice photos of the window – please upload them to the flickr group, or email them to me! I’d love people to see lots of different shots of these gorgeous guys! Thanks to all who contributed! Comment if you did and let us know who you sent in!

The window looks great. Thanks for taking so many pictures. It is nice to see them all hanging out together before they go off to the children they have been made for. I spied my little monster hanging from his bag.
