I was on TV yesterday! If you are in Australia, you can watch here. Did you see?! AND here is wee Kit with the blankie I made him! OMG! AND here is the project we made together!
That was great! My favourite part was Chrissie's 'Oh my god!!!', when she realised what you had given her. That was awesome.

Ahhh… so that's who the space invaders blanket is for. Too cool. So generous of you too Pip. Great interview… and I really really really like the way that you kept pointing out that something doesn't have to be perfect to be beautiful and that it is all about having a go. YAY for you.

fantastic job Pip, I just watched in online and loved the moment at the end where you gave Chrissy the blanket. That is the best part of crochet, giving it away and people realising how much love you have put into it.

I always love your ideas, and this one was no different. My two boys and I have made decorated hand shapes on plates for their extra special dinner plates. I can't wait to get on to more finger puppets also, they crack me up!

You were so lovely on The Circle Pip, you came across as super great and nice. I saw on your blog that you would be on, so I made sure I could be home to watch! I've got my own copy of Make Hey! and I've bought an extra one for a friend, it's so good.

Oh well done Pip. Lovely to watch you spreading the crafting joy. Am off to work on a memories quilt made from my daughter's dresses, t-shirts, skirts, all the bits and bobs that no longer fit her. Happy Craftin' x

Great stuff! Well done Pip! It's like watching an old friend on TV! (is that weird? LOL) Definitely good to remember things don't have to look perfect -thats usually my worry too – its better to just get something started than do nothing!
