Oblong
A more awkward name for a rectangle. OB-Long….. it is Long.. and ob-like.
Ostrich
Think.. ‘one who buries one’s head in the sand’.. that would describe me.. and my refusal to watch ‘Law and Order’ – in favour of ‘The Flying Nun’ and ‘Antiques Roadshow’.
Oolong
I love tea.. and I’ve never tried ooolong. I like Earl Grey and English Breakfast. In a pot. On a tray. With a nice cup and saucer. A sugar bowl. And a milk jug. None of which have to match, but all should be lovely.
Oscar
Such a grouch. My nemesis.
Over
Under over under over. Seems that without over.. we would never get anything done.. think stitches, knitting, weaving… love.. under over under over.
Ostentatious
I am not. I admire it. But I can’t quite fathom it.
Olives
Yum. Small, dark, popping little bits of deliciousness.
Oh!
An exclamation. I often exclaim. In fact the exclamation mark is my best friend! Hurrah! Yikes! Yippee! Yay! Join me in my oh!-ness!
xx mikes

O is for Oswald, my darling son.
Ohmigod! Olives are so yummy…must go scrounge in fridge.
