We’ve designed some super-cute things that will make the perfect gift for your favourite crafty girl! We’ll be showing to the nation’s best retail buyers at the upcoming Life in Style Show in Melbourne in late July/early August. It’s a trade only event – and I’m so very thrilled to have been invited to exhibit at the Lark and Friends stand – alongside Lark and Sew Your Own – some of our very favourite friends! (It’s nice to be under the wing of a lovely Lark!! Way better than going out on a limb on our own!)
This means that you’ll be able to see a little bit of Mikes in a store near you… which is a teeny bit like having a Mike’s in your neighbourhood, dontcha think?!

There are some really lovely, crafty people showing their wares this year – I attended the show last year and it’s definately one of the best trade events I’ve been to. Tonight, I’m planning on a hot bath and I’ve started reading this book. I’m really interested in the diversity of Home Schooling families – and although it’s probably not something I would do myself – I admire the committment of families that do! Cam’s made a really delicious Italian Potato and Tomato Soup, so it’s crusty rolls and open fire and something foodie on the telly tonight! It’s pouring with rain, which I do think is nature’s little sedative on a Friday night! It’s cosy town, you might say!
