Of course, liking the same thing means I have to make A LOT OF IT. I have to. It makes the house smell ACE and it makes me feel smug and clever. I like to feel clever, don’t you?!
This recipe is based on the Australian Women’s Weekly Banana Bread. It’s a bit different, but has the same base as that recipe.
I like to eat my Banana Bread cold. I can’t abide it at all when it’s warm. How about you?

I like mine cold with butter. Tim likes his iced like a cake with vanilla butter cream frosting. Isaac likes his cold with nothing on it. Zane does not like it at all.
I like to feel clever too & if all my family all liked the same thing it would make me feel smug & clever. So far I think all we can agree on is weet bix. We all like weet bix 🙂

Mmmm banana bread!! I love it warm with a thick spread of butter! My oldest loves it too, so we always make a MEGA loaf, but it still doesnt last long!

I love my banana bread warm or cold- but also with a very naughty, hefty sprinkling of granulated sugar and cinnamon on the top before baking! Lusting after that tablecloth too!
