Max’s Grade Six Graduation Dinner was last night! I spent most of the day making food and little gifts for all the super good Grade Six kids. And then Cam went along and helped all the other parents set up and serve and stuff like that.
We made them ‘Class of 2008’ badges – and a little notebook each to pass around for ‘autographs’ on the night. Just cute mementos for when they are old like us and need to reminisce!
It’s kind of weird when your kids leave Primary School. This is the second time for me – and it’s a lovely mix of pride and excitement and sadness when you realise that they’re just not that little anymore.
Good on you very excellent Max. You are totally the Maxest.
