Oh Mike, you are like, so global. Today at the Posie stall at Nightcliff markets in the NT, sunshine & happiness . . . a NZ lady came up to my stall & said “wow, this is great stuff, I’ve seen the same things in a shop in Melbourne called Meet Me At Mike’s, a real destination store & the only reason to go to Bridge Road, if we go back to Melbourne, it’s the first place on my list to revisit”. Wow. When I explained I supply you, she nearly died, I mean, a Melbourne institution like Mike’s stocked by a little mummy market stall in Darwin?? She was thrilled, as was her young daughter with a keen vintage eye for detail already. So wow!! Plus our Chief Minister of the NT stopped by with her daughters, but that’s another story!!
