I remember when I first moved out of home – all my stuff totaled 2 loads in my hatchback. Thanks for the pointer Pip, it's reminded me that I've come a long way from that point in time.
When I see these photos I am reminded of a time when moving simply meant packing up my suitcase, catching the bus and arriving. I did that. Now I have so much stuff and so much of my kids stuff as they pack their suitcases …
Wow! Those guys have such few possessions! How liberating to travel so light. I would need a super wide panoramic lens to be photographed with all my stuff!
That brings back so many memories of being at uni and having only enough stuff to fit in my station wagon! Made moving house so easy. Like when I moved four times in one year from Richmond, Collingwood, Carlton to Fitzroy! Ahhhh fun times!
