Well.Last night we bought some fresh ravioli and cooked it up with lots of love for dinner. It was HORRIBLE! Thick pasta, tasteless filling… no seasoning… just AWFUL! I still feel a bit sick from it, to tell you the truth, and I have a strong stomach. Darn you ravioli.
Anyhoo, it is in my nature to resolve all things, so tonight I am going to MAKE ravioli from scratch. Peta Pledger, my friend, told me about Maltese ravioli yesterday… and I googled about and found this recipe and these images. WOW. YUM. AND what a really ace blog, I must say!Peta puts peas in her sauce… which sounds so so good.
I think you should visit Rachel’s blog, because she lives in Paris and she is very cute and she takes WONDERFUL photos. So do that. Yep.
