Aww.. we had a lovely night tonight! I made chocolate crackles and cupcakes and muffins.. and Brooke made chocolate balls… Lots of nice gals came – and lots of newbies too!
The whole Mikes team made each gal a little purse with a snap fastening.. just big enough to jam into your jeans pocket.. and there were prizes too! It was nice to see some of the
The stitching was varied, as usual.. and we missed Kirsty lots.. and look forward to the next (and last one for 2007!) Sunday night stitch! Souraya and Shea and Hollie were amongst the stitchers… and Brooke and Rin and I did stitching souvlakis at Hollywood Palace after.. and it was just NICE… if a bit garlicky! They put Stevie Wonder on the jukebox and it was cold and a bit late for me.. but still nice!
Brooke spent the night making softie teabags (with some help from PeiPei!) and these will be posted this week on a new Softies for Mirabel silent auction blog.. so stay tuned for that!
