:: Finding and Keeping Again…

March 29, 2011

Here are some more shots from Finders Keepers on the weekend! Cam and I had a really nice time.  We caught up with lots of people and missed out on saying hi to lots of people too (due to extreme busyness of the stalls!)  If I missed out on saying hello to you… HELLO!  Did you go to the Finders Keepers?  What were your thoughts?  Do you have a craft fair like this in your ‘hood?
More on the Finders Keepers at Poppytalk (where I did a guest post yesterday!)
and even more here at The Design Files
and here at Dawn’s too!
xx Pip

    Yes, Yes! I went and I loved it. So inspiring to see all those creative people with wonderful ideas doing their thing. Love, love, loved it.

    Sollis was my fave, a great re-interpretation of macramé, beautifully done. Also liked Bespoke Letterpress, Cottage Industry and All About Heidi baby shoes. Yay!

    Wow! What great goodies! I am going to look at Poppytalk, too. I really like the displays and those lampshades are really neat!

    Hey,
    I am Bronwen. I popped into "Meet Me at Mike's" when I was visiting Melbourne – loved the shop. I live in Durban, South Africa and we have a similar market here. It is called the I HEART MARKET (http://iheartmarket.blogspot.com/)
    I am one of the stall holders there under the name Hey Cherry (www.heycherry.co.za). I am a Fine artist (www.vaughan-evans.co.za) and love local contemporary craft. I am coming back to Aus in June – will pop into your delightful shop again then. However, if in your web wandering you find anything delightful in Durban before then and would like me to bring it over for you, just shout.
