The Premier’s Disaster Relief Appeal has now been extended to include people who were affected by the devastation of Cyclone Yasi (which hit Northern Queensland this week). You can donate here. Many families have been left with nothing. Homes have been wiped out and belongings lost forever. If you are tucked up nice and cosy today, maybe you could forgo that bottle of wine or that extra take away coffee and direct the funds here instead? Or maybe you could do a mini-clean out and auction some unwanted things on eBay and donate part (or all!) of the proceeds to the Disaster Relief Appeal?
