All of a sudden, everything is bridal in my world. NO, I am not getting married, although last night I did have a dream that Jon Bon Jovi was my boyfriend.. OMG! Weird. I don’t even like Bon Jovi…
Hair bands aside, over the last few weeks, a whole bunch of wedding-appropriate things have entered by life.
Let me tell you about them:

1. Frock – Era Vintage Bride
Right next door to our shop is a beautiful vintage bridal boutique. The dresses in there are pretty confections and if you are in the market for a unique, ethical dress then you should totally go there!

2. Invites – Saint Anne
I met Bridget, the hand-lettering genius behind Saint Anne a couple of weeks ago. She’s a doll face and you should get her to do your lovely invites or save the dates if you are planning a wedding or even a party.

3. Flowers – Daily Blooms (Melbourne) or Little Flowers (Sydney)
I am in love with Daily Blooms. No sh*t, I had to HOLD myself back from ordering more flowers today (I got a bunch for me and a friend yesterday!) If you want lovely, loose, simple blooms then these guys are totally worth talking to! I love Daily Blooms! My new fave thing!

4. Photography – Sophie Timothy Photography
Sophie’s not only a great photographer, she has a competition running at the moment. A bride and groom-to-be might win a full wedding photography package! Get amongst that, wedding-ys!
5. Jimmy’s proposal
I must admit I cried during Offspring last night. I cried for NINA. Jimmy’s proposal was so cute, but it must have been so sad for Neens.
6. Cake – I don’t know! Just get your friends to make cakes for you! Unless someone has a better idea/tip?
7. One Fine Day (Melbourne) Wedding Fair!
I’m going to this with my bride-y pal Carly! Maybe you want to go too?!
Maybe you have some tips for brides and grooms to be? Add them in the comments and help a couple out!
