I had the BEST kind of weekend. I didn’t have much work on – just a project to finish off for Frankie – so I had heaps of time to watch movies and hang out and eat nice things and make stuff.
I watched: Evil Under The Sun and The Last of Sheila – both SO good with fantastic fashion/wardrobe choices! (Especially Evil Under The Sun – Maggie Smith! Jane Birkin! SO MUCH bedazzling! Although Raquel Welch and Dyan Cannon were pretty great in The Last Of Sheila too! And also PUPPETS. Gah!)
I also watched: Jimmy (the eps with Lily Allen and also Drew Barrymore) and the final season of Land Girls
We ate: Soup and other nice things. I am really into anything Japanese influenced at the moment. Yum.
I read: about Kate in Dumbo Feather and also The Saturday Paper and some of this book
I chose: the next book for The Walking Book Club (It’s announced on Friday!)
I made: the aforementioned Frankie project, some napkins (fabric is from Spotlight), some sparkly ponies
I worked on: my granny chevron blanket
I confirmed: 2 great guests for my first pair of workshops. (They are in August and each workshop is for just 35 peeps. More details soon!)
I wore: Ugg boots and leggings
I helped: My Blog With Pip students (and launched the next intake!)
I hatched: A really cute 30 day project for June (More on that soon, too!)
