Interactive! Indi’s hand via Kate photographed by me
Yesterday Gemma and Cam and Ari and I headed up to Ballarat to see my pal Kirst’s exhibition. It’s called Playing The Hand and is part of the Ballarat International Foto Biennale. It’s a really great show, with fun things to do and lots of things to look at in Kirst’s wall of photos.
I TOTALLY recommend that you take a trip up there like we did. We had the nicest afternoon, burning up the highway to The Rat, having a super yum lunch at Open Pantry (as recommended by Lunch Lady Kate Berry! Love the wallpaper!) We played around at Kirst’s show and then took in a spot of Salvos and The Mill before we zoomed back home and ate dumplings in front of the telly. Noice. Later I talked about my ambivalence towards Jennifer Aniston on Facebook, crocheted and ate some chocolate. Poifect.
Did you know I met Kirst through blogging back in 2006. I’m so glad I did! She’s one of my very best friends and we spend a lot of time talking about making stuff and how it feels. I’m not sure how I would feel if I didn’t have those chats…. PRETTY CRAP, probs!
Perhaps you have met your favourite friends (a la Kirst and me) via blogging? Or perhaps you are about to?! Share your blog in the linky or the comments and see, why don’t you?!
There’s just one catch… you have to COMMENT on 3 of the blogs listed below! Go ON. You know you want to*
