Easter really is the baking holiday, I think…. We made 3 different batches of hot cross buns on Good Friday. And on Easter Saturday we made lasagna. We also had those delicious Ottolenghi Chocolate Krantz loaves… And a leg of lamb. It was a feast, I tell you!
