My Nan gave me some money for Christmas. Usually I would spend it on Christmas, but this year I decided to get a few things for the house. These are the things I bought (above!) An enamel teapot. A sugar thermometer and a cook’s measuring jug. How ace, right?
I am in love with them all, especially the teapot. I thought the handle might get super scorching, but it doesn’t seem to. I’m not sure if that’s because I take ages to remember to pour the tea, or if it’s an awesome design feature, but my hands are super happy whichever.
Anyhoo, I thought I would show you, because I thought you might like these kinds of things too. They are from Odgers & McClelland Exchange Stores.
Next, I am going to make a tea cosy for the pot. It’s super fine now, but when those Autumnal days roll around, I want to be sure to keep the pot snug.
