Here’s what you do…

One bagel – cut in half – smear with a light covering of Caramelised Onion – top with a few blops of Taleggio. Melt under grill till all runny and a bit golden. Eat.. or you can add a slice of tomato, avocado and salt and pepper if you’re feeling greedy.

    I love making bagels, they are the yummest thing with smoked salmon and cream cheese! It was Gareth and my standard dinner on Sunday night.
