Glove Puppets…
If you chase someone about the room with a glove puppet, they are sure to scream with delight. Try this today.

Google…
Google is my dear friend.. it helps me to count my blog visitors, read my favourite blogs as they are updated and find copius amounts of information I didn’t know I needed.

Guinea Pig…
Our guinea pig was called Lucien. He met a sad end, as guinea pigs often can… but he was lovely and always squeaked with great interest whenever I walked by.

Gravy…
Is good. Chips and gravy are au fait if you live in NSW – but here in Victoria we have our chips with tomato sauce. I love chips and gravy, and remember a lovely holiday a few years ago where we sat perched high above the ocean, at the gorgeous Pacific Hotel in Yamba.. and scoffed chips and gravy and marvelled at how great life could be. I’m a simple gal.

Groove…
I think it can take a long time to find your groove. Often it happens when you have tripped past 30.. and it’s a surprise. I have found my groove. I was chatting to Angela from below-mentioned Sew Your Own about this. And she was saying nice things about me.. but.. i explained to her.. that I just love what i do. I love my work. I love the people I meet. I love it when they connect up and do great stuff together. In the end we both decided I’d just found my niche and was one of the luckiest gals ever! Hoping you all have found/find your groove – and are as excited and surpised as I am when you do!

Giraffe
Not to go nicking Kirin’s lovely mascot. But I love giraffes. Especially baby giraffes. I think they should all be named things like ‘Wonky’, ‘Bendy’ and ‘Stretchy’.. instead of the more favoured African themed names. Just thinking about that makes me tear up with empathy. I just love their strange gawkiness.

Love the little picture of the puppets – I made santa ones last year and sold them at a christmas market – they sold like hotcakes!

Oh we have a little girl who likes her Giraffes, they are all named Gina. Or now she’s at school, they are Geh Geh Geh Griaffes. They are a beautiful creature & make a sweet soft toy. Love Posie
