Cook For Julia (#cookforjulia) invites you to cook a Julia Child recipe between now and the 15th August (and tweet or blog about it with the #cookforjulia hashtag, if you use social media.) There’s a whole lot to choose from at the above recipe link, or perhaps you have your own Julia Child cookbooks to refer to? I have a couple. Lucky me!
At my house, the Boeuf Bourguignon is a favourite. And her garlicky mashed potatoes. I think that might be my chosen dish. And I am going to watch Julie and Julia again. Even though Julie is pesky.
Do you want to #cookforjulia too?
xx Pip

oh i love this – im going to do my best to give it a go!!!
Hey, that sounds like a good idea. I liked the Julie & Julia book, but you're right, Julie got pesky by the end (and annoying, in the movie version). But Meryl Streep totally nailed Julia, awesome!
