Here we are! That is me in the red dress! And I am sitting next to Brooke. And you can see Clara and Lupita too! We had a bit of a crafting session at Rin’s last night, making cute party favours for the wedding guests. There was quite a lot of eating delicious food. There was a fair bit of crafting. There was a huge amount of giggling, too. Do you know how much fun it is to make things with your friends? Gosh. I think my whole life has been built on the fun-ness of making together!
Lately I have been a bit busy, so I haven’t really put aside much crafting-with-pals time. I don’t know WHAT I was thinking, because LOOK how much fun it is! OMG. It’s a Good Thing. You have to do it! It’ll make you feel really SUPER good!
Do you make things with your friends? Do you hang out with pals and have giggly times? Do you do Good Things together?!
xx Pip

Aw! We had the best time!!! Hey… thanks for reading my blog, too!!!! OMG!
It's just an op shop dress, Kat! 🙂
What a fun thing to do. It's always great to get the girls together – any excuse will do.
where is your dress from? love it!
I woud love to craft with my friends but the thing is none of them like to craft. I have tried to get them into it but none of them want to. I guess I will have to craft by myself… xo
That sounds really good, I need more of that…hope the wedding is unfolding beautifully
This is not related to your cute post at all (although I DO make things with my friends-we hold an occasional "stitch'n'bitch" and drink wine and get all crafty) Anyways, have you seen this lady's blog? Specifically, i thought this was very cool and that you would like it: http://olavas.blogspot.com/2009/08/oppskrift-pa-fargesterk-grytelapp.html But she makes all sorts of cool stuff and lots of crocheting of granny squares in nice colours.
It's not in English, so I haven't a clue what she writes about, but the pictures of the things she makes are quite enough to keep me happy and inspired!
I don't have many friends who know how to make things. I wish I did though, so this year I'm going to force them to come over so I can teach them how to make stuff! That will be so fun!
