I'll do it! As an extra bonus it'll give me a daily do-gooder blog post. Do you want the two ends of the central strings left long to tie them together?

    Hi Pip
I have started – and left a little picture tutorial on my blog for those who don't know how to make pom-poms. http://creativesigne.wordpress.com/2012/01/17/am-i-making-chickens/

Hope to get a few in the mail for you on time.

Thank you for blogging, it is keeping me happy and occupied. I'm raving about you to all my friends. Have a lovely day,
    Signe

That is such a lovely and thoughtful idea! I'm knee-deep in fig tree decorations for my own wedding in 10 weeks, but I will do my best to send some pom-poms for Rin's special day. x

I would like to make some pompoms with my son for the wedding…. but I'm one of those craft-wanna-be types, as opposed to craft-do types. Can you please direct me in pompom making?! It can't be that hard… right?

Such a fantastic idea! I've a set of pompom makers that I've yet to put to use; this is the perfect motivation to do so! Now, what colors and yarn do I choose…
