Dearest PIP that is indeed Penelope Durston's pad and I took this pic! How funny for it to cross the world and come back to MMAM! 🙂 You have an eagle eye for Fitzroy cuteness. 🙂

Ah! I've been planning a wall full of lovely stitchery just like that for AGES! Nice inspiration, Pip.

I certainly would like to visit. It looks like a great place to have busy hands, friendly conversation and something warm and cinnamony to enjoy.

I want someone to read Pookie to me – this is my big friend Susan's home, I'm sure, from circa 1962. Wonderful memories Pip, thank-you as always!

Hullo Pip, I would love to have that room at my house. Hmmm I see the making-ness happening here. Lots and lots of making-ness, cups of tea and slice in the morning, then cheese platters and wine in the afternoon, surrounded by threads and yarn, and snips of fabric everywhere. Thanks for sharing this lovely pic. Have a fabulous day at your place.

YES, I want to live there too! That table is glorious. I think I'd be happy to eat, drink and talk about just about anything there!
