I’ve photographed the first batch of Softies For Mirabel arrivals! These are just a FEW of what we have stowed away for Mirabel! You can see even more of the softies over on Flickr! You guys are so amazing. Every single year you knuckle down and make something for a child you may never meet. And you do it because you KNOW how ace and important the Mirabel kids and their families are. You are the best. You really are. Thanks for all your blooming hard work.

I have a special place in my heart for kids who are affected by drug addiction. It makes me feel so good to know that they are getting something really special from someone who cares. What a great world we live in 🙂

Pip!, I just looked at the flickr page and was blown away. People can be so very lovely. Sometimes. It also made me a little sad. About a year ago I was diagnosed with MS. Because of said MS I have an intention tremor in my right wrist, which means every time I try to use my right hand it shakes. I used to sew virtually every day. I wish I still could. I am however filled with joy to see others are. One day I will be able to I hope
