I’m late with my Sunday links! I will post them later today (as usual… I think they have become MONDAY links, don’t you?!) I spent the weekend photographing and crocheting. I’m putting together a double tutorial, showing how to crochet the basic Larksfoot pattern and then how to step it up into the Arcade pattern I used for my space invaders style blanket! It’ll be up late this week, (and emailed to some people a bit earlier!) so keep your eye on this blog! I have been obsessing over plates for Rin’s wedding and generally making wedding plans with her. I have been watching Step Up 3 with Ari. I have been eating Lamb Rolls. I have been getting excited about drawing the winner of the Bike and Books giveaway : it ends tonight! I have been chatting to lots of people over on the JustB Facebook page. I have been getting excited about my books being in both Colette Paris and Liberty London. I have been doing nice stuff, basically! What have you been doing? I’ve got a meeting this morning…!
x Pip

Wow, Liberty & Collette!!!!
You're amazing! Congrats 🙂
Hi Pip
Those plates are to die for, especially number 2. Congrats on your book! Awesome!
I've been very much looking forward to your arcade blanket tutorial since you first posted pics of your creation. So eye-catching. I've been raving about it to everyone I know, telling them how cool it is, and how crochet is not daggy. (Particularly to guys I know, who would have a chuckle and secretly relish owning an arcade blanket, even if they'd never say so publicly.)
I haven't learnt how to crochet yet, so I'm not sure if it will be realistic attempting to make it straight away, but your tutorials are always easy to follow and make good sense. That will be on my side!
I love your links and don't mind when they come. Late is better than never!
Thank you for always being so generous with sharing tips, exciting things, and honest little tidbits.
I've been to both Liberty and Colette and they are both so cool! Totally deserving of your book. =)
Wow, sounds as though you've been busy! Those plates are gorgeous!! Can't wait to see the crochet tutorial 😀
Plate 3 is great but plate 5 is totally the nuts!!! Love it. Congratulations on colette Paris and liberty. Both total radness!!! Nice one
Whoops Gracie! Oh well. It's a VERY GOOD PIECE about Gloria! xx
That is so cool about Liberty, that shop is a waking dream. Did you know the first link goes out to an article about Gloria Steinem and not a plate at all? Ha ha.
Liberty! Wow. That's gotta make you smile! Well done.
I am in plate heaven!! x
cute plates and your books look so nice all stacked up too
cute book!!!!
Congratulations on your new book doing so well!
I have to say, I am very much looking forward to your new tutorial. Can't wait!
Liberty? Cripes, woman. Sit back with a glass of something excellent and put your feet up. I believe you've absolutely 'made it' and nailed it.
Such pretty plates…what will you do with them all after the wedding?
Excite to hear that there will be a new tut, have been looking enviously at your pics of your blanket. Qucik question- do you thik for a beginnwe like me that it woud be easier to start with a ripple blanket or larksfoot blanket? I reaaaaaalllllly want to do a banket…..
nice plates…i love the pattern on plate 5!
And congratulations on the book's continued success.
Do you know I'm sure my Mum has some plates very similar to if not the same as those in picture 2 … off to raid her attic ;D
Gorgeous plates. The last one is my favourite. Big time YAY for making it to Liberty. B-R-A-V-O! (*and the crowd goes wild*)

Those plates are amazing! I want some too! Pretty pretty!
