I’m hanging with my family for a few days. It’s my Nanna’s 90th Birthday! OMG! Here are some shots of us at Battery Point and a bit of Salamanca too. I don’t have mucho internet access (I am stealing my Mum’s right now, along with a yellow Lamy fountain pen!), so I will do my best to stay in touch!
xx Pip

So want to go to Tassy my hubby is going soon for work 2 weeks lucky man!!
Glad you had fun celebrating your nan's birthday :))
Ooh! Lovely Hobart. The last time I was at The Margate Train (the junky antique shop in Margate) was about a month ago, and the picnic set I remember you admiring was still there for too many dollars!
Cracker of a day here.
I love these photographs. Sweet snippets of home and family and community. Hope the birthday and gathering go well!
Awesome photos, love the one with the fruits!

Happiest of birthday wishes for your Nanna – what a wonderful achievement.
It looks like everything is snuggly and wonderful for your family at the moment = fabulous!
oh you lucky thing! I just had my Grandmas's 90th birthday at the other end of the country – Townsville – but just between you and me – I wished she lived in Hobart!!
You devil. You made me homesick. Battery Point looks great in these photos. xx

Welcome to my state!
Hope the sun comes out…
oh your sister's baby has grown so much – beautiful. I hope to get to Tasmania one day – my dad was from Burnie and I think I still have a lot of family there though have lost contact with them all.
Tonight I cooked your teriayke chick and Felix declared it to be 'the best dinner I have ever eaten' and proceeded to eat an enormous bowl of chicken, sushi rice and broccoli (I've never seen him eat so much chicken in my life). Thanks for the recipe!
That food looks super delicious.
I thought most of that scenery looked familiar! Welcome back to Tasmania – it's nice to know you've got longevity on your side too…a 90 year old Nanna is a lot of living, loving history.
Oh you're in Tassie! It has been so rainy and blustery this weekend but it looks like you are having a nice time. I haven't been to Barcelona in yonks. Have fun and keep warm! 🙂
