Homemade Ginger Beer! I started bottling yesterday – and there’s more on the go. I can’t imagine that it will be fizzy – I just think it’s going to be flat – like when you make homemade lemonade. I think I’ll make it with half the water next time – so we can add soda water to fizz things up a bit!
Sim gave me a little ginger beer label on Monday – just perfect for MY ginger beer!
It’s meant to sit for a week – but I must admit I had a TINY taste… and it was delicious!
