October 3, 2011

It’s in the shops!  Wooh!  Phew! Yay!  Do you want to win a copy? I will scribble something unintelligible inside the cover JUST for the winner! I will use my special pink texta.  Just comment below if you would like to win!  (Australia/NZ only!)

Also, you can see the Make Hey! World Tour over here.  It’s quite humble at the moment, but if you send me your photos of Make Hey! in the shops we can make it a total triumph!

So… comment to win my book!  We have another giveway for this book and a PRIZE coming up soonish, so there WILL be more chances to win, fret not.  Giveaway closes :: Monday at midnight Melbourne time.

  • Jen Wren October 4, 2011 at 12:24 PM

I left a rambling message some time ago (not like in earth age time but earlier today) but have since seen THE BOOK in THE FLESH and I really want to delete my message saying I don't want to win the book because I've changed my mind and now I really do want to win it because the inspiration is palpable and hang all those UFOs, I want to start more new and exciting projects and if I don't win (because I think Monica should and because how would you get a message to me anyway when I am so behind that I don't have my own blog?), then it will be at the top of my birthday list, and when I get it I will certainly paste in a brown envelope so that I can put a real library card inside the cover, so that when I loan it to friends, I know exactly who has it. Pip – you should be so proud – she's beautiful.

  • Jen Wren October 4, 2011 at 12:20 AM

Oh my lord, how does one compare comments to win a prize? Should my comment be all fawny, fawny, you're so ace, or creative-like… when would I get time to read such a beautiful book anyway? Or would I treat it like that cooking film I haven't seen – do one thing every day. But I have just 'downloaded' all mum's UFOs and there is a whole life time of things to be done there, so… let someone else win the beautiful book, and one day, when I have done everything else (let's hope I don't pop off early) I'll get the book at a garage sale and remember that I didn't win it with this rambling comment.

  • Belinda October 4, 2011 at 12:19 AM
