Vote One: Woolly Things

August 16, 2017

It’s been cold and rainy and blustery in Melbourne. It’s got me thinking about Rhubarb Crumble Cake and Chai and steaming bowls of soup and woolly things. A bit like these…

I hope you are cosy today – or if you are in the Northern Hemisphere, I hope you are comfy!

I adore all of these. I can’t knit. My grandmother was marvellous at it but didn’t pass on her skills before she died. I have a huge desire to make a chunky sweater for myself but don’t know where to start (finding a cool but novice pattern and fab wool). Any tips?

Have you tried Wool and the Gang? They have amazing kits and things – and how-to videos, too! x
