:: Winner! Winner! Winner! Wooh!

Different by Rose Wintergreen

Here’s the winning entry for the Jellybean Bike and Pip Books Giveaway!  It’s ROSE WINTERGREEN!  It was really hard to pick a winner, but look how much trouble Rose went to. I think she’s ace.  Thanks to everyone who entered.  HUGEST ever thanks to Jellybean Bikes for their generosity, wheelie spirit and support.  And super huge thanks to Hardie Grant for the book part of this giveaway!  Yay for you ROSE! You win a free beautiful bespoke bike! WOW! And a copy of each of my books! YAY!

I think we might do a similar giveaway early next year.  Vintage bike, anyone?

xx Pip

    Thank you so much everyone! πŸ™‚

    Thank you to Pip for putting together such an amazing competition prize-pack! I've been lusting after your books ever since I first laid eyes on one at the Brunswick Street Bookstore.

    Thank you Hardie Books and Jelly Bean Bikes for the lovely prizes!

    Thank you all for your lovely comments and congratulatory messages πŸ™‚ I really enjoyed reading your entries. You're very talented. I particularly admire all of you who wrote amazing poems. I can write, sing and play, but I've not once yet been able to write a poem or song that rhymes the whole way through. Good on you!

    I also particularly enjoyed the entry that detailed "my life in bikes". Such a fabulous, left-of-centre idea. I loved it.

    I look forward to meeting you face-to-face around the place, whether it be at craft stores, at a Brown Owls craft group meetup, cycling the streets, at one of the many lovely little places we all go for inspiration, or at a show.

    I'm still pretty new to Melbourne. This is a fabulous welcome from you all! Thank you! πŸ™‚

    Congratulations Rose! I would have loved the bike, but at least it was great to have a competition just for Australians!

    I'm imagining you riding down Brunswick Street on your new bike singing this out loud. Maybe don't play your uke at the same time… safety first, huh? GO YOU!!!!!
