I love books. Books are my life. I love books so much I wrote some. Just so I could put myself IN BOOKS. I am that much of a book nut. Probably if you read my blog, you quite fancy books too? I mean, birds of a feather do book together. Or something like that.
I thought I would write about some books I think people in your life might like. These are the kind of books I really love myself or books that I fancy. Mostly at the moment I like creative books or funny books or books about food. Sorry if you were hoping for books about knuckles or how to make a million dollars. Those are just not my thing, unforts.
(I’m going to do a second post soon about cute kids’ books, so pop back for that, if you like!)
Okay. Let’s look at some books…
Creative books
I have quite a decent library of design, pattern, sewing, craft, decorating and just all ’round inspiring books at mine. I think it’s good to take a glimpse into the creative lives of others, because it’s good to be learning and reconsidering things a lot of the time. Maybe you think that too?

Funny books
I love funny books. I think it’s easy to forget just how beautiful a funny book can be. I loved reading THESE funny books this year.
Love, Nina: Despatches from Family Life
I know, I know. I have a thing going on. It’s just that it’s been so long since I read something that really made me laugh and cry at the same time. These books do that for me. If you know someone who is a bit like me, they might love these books too.

Thanks for this list Pip – that Bowie book is perfect for the 18 year old and I may have just bought a couple to put under the tree… for me!
I love new books! Not like a need another one, or that’s what my husband says! Thanks for this list! Definitely adding a few to the “To Read” list! 🙂
