If you know me, you probably know that I’ve been watching a lot of Gilmore Girls this year. Not only that, but I had never, ever even watched a single episode until 2014. What?! I know. Under a rock and all. Sheesh.
Needless to say I am totally rectifying many years of Gilmore ignorance by mainlining as many episodes as possible. (My friend Lisa B coined the mainlining term for my Gilmore behaviour when we are in Ubud and I am inclined to agree with her!)
In this season of gift guides, I thought it might be good to take a fictional approach, that way if you don’t need/want stuff it’s all hypothetical and if you do need/want then you can click away. Fancy, no?
Hope you have fun reading/clicking/reminding yourself to watch Gilmore Girls too.
x Pip

This is such a sweet idea! I’m such a fan myself, and yes, I began to watch this year too, the first minute ( I swear) it was on Netflix here in California. It’s the first time ever I don’t need to read the explanations in a fictional gift list , you got it right, exactly right!
yaaaars!
love it so much pip. was just watching one of the gg christmas episodes with the kids this arvo. best. x
It’s so funny how so many people are (re)discovering Gilmore Girls these days. I started watching it again about two months ago. Without my knowing my sister had as well, and I keep hearing from friends how they decided to finally watch it, or are re-watching it too. It’s such a great show! And, I need that Lorelai Gilmore Fan Club pin.
(Pip, I’ve been reading your blog for a long time now, but don’t think I’ve ever left a comment. I’m starting early with my new year’s resolutions: interact more and show people that I like what they are doing.)
Oh hello Saartje! Thank you for taking the time to comment and tell me about your Gilmore Girls fan-girling! I am loving your early resolution, too!!! xxxx
Cute idea. We are main-lining Gilmore Girls too, on your suggestion and completely loving it. I was a GG virgin too, that one passed me by. My girls are young but loving watching it with me. Makes great mother-daughter bonding infront of the box!
It’s such a great show, right?! I can’t get enough of it! Thanks for stopping by, Helen! xx
