A long time ago I wrote a post JUST LIKE THIS. I thought it would be good to do it again! Here goes! Tell me if you do it too!
Making : a few blankets
Cooking : Ikan Bilis (spicy little sambal fish to eat on toast or with rice or with roti!)
Drinking : copious amounts of tea
Reading: various cookbooks
Wanting: a quiet place to write
Looking: for clues
Playing: hangman, solitaire, bingo
Wasting: half cups of tea
Sewing: nothing
Wishing: for a haircut
Enjoying: writing
Waiting: for payday
Liking: learning new things
Wondering: what my book will look like
Loving: wake up walks
Hoping: I get everything done
Marvelling: at how productive you can be when you SUPER try
Needing: a holiday
Smelling: chocolate cake cooking
Wearing: glasses
Following: a work plan
Noticing: feathers
Knowing: everything always turns out
Thinking: we might need to vote soon
Feeling: cosy
Bookmarking: 99U all the time, month in month out
Opening: packages
Giggling: playing Yes & Know book games with Ari
Feeling: okay
A blank list for you to copy and paste…!

As an editor, I have to tell you: learn the difference between ‘quiet’ and ‘quite’. Don’t promote grammatical incorrrectness.
Hah! I really do know the difference. It was a typo. Sadly I am human and make the (very) occasional mistake. Thank you for pointing that out so kindly and politely though. Sheesh.
Thanks for this inspiring post. Hope you don’t mind that it has inspired me for my monthly taking stock. Happy reading!
Cary
