Hello peaches!
The lovely folk at Mollie Makes would like to give iPad and iPhone users a free digital copy of their ace mag. How nice is that? Thanks MM!
I really love this magazine. Not only have they been super supportive of the things I do, they feature creatives from all over the world and lots of cute projects too! What’s not to love about that?! There blog is totally under-rated. Get yoself subscribing to that, too! (If you like!)
Apart from their usual magazine, Mollie Makes has a whole bunch of books and special publications for the creatively inclined. See more here.
If you are an Apple user and would like a digital copy of this mag on the house (offer valid until September 21st!) then here’s what you should do:
Step 4 – say ‘ta-dah!’ as your free mag downloads
Apps can be a bit touchy!
Thanks Mollie Makes!
Are you a Mollie Makes reader? Or a The Simple Things reader, even? (That’s a really good one!)
x Pip
. This post is not sponsored – I just love this magazine and thought you would like a copy too!

I love Mollie Makes, such cool stuff in it.
Apparently you have to be more than an Apple user. You have to have an Apple mobile device specifically. I was so disappointed as I thought you meant computers as well and I don’t have any mobile devices at all. 🙁
Oh I am sorry! I should have explained that better – apps are usually for mobile devices so I thought that was clear, but obviously not. I’m really sorry that you are disappointed. 🙁
Ah, well that explains it. An app used to simply mean a computer application. But still nice that some folks can enjoy Molly Makes for free this time around.
I got it to work! Thank you so much. I love this magazine, what a treat to be able to download it for free!
When trying to download the app Im getting a error message ‘the item you tried to buy is no longer available’ 🙁
Oh that is weird! I am sorry that is happening. The app is definitely available. https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/mollie-makes-new-creative/id451441065?mt=8 It might be a momentary glitch?
Thank you so much, Pip! it is beautiful! not super intuitive but I followed you steps and it worked. Now I’m looking at all the lovely content and enjoying the projects and inspiration 🙂
Ohhh, thanks Pip! Got it, lovely. I love The Simple Things too and I get it digitally as I am in the States and paper copies are few and far between and rather out of date.
Thanks again for this lovely freebie!
Love Mollie Makes! Unfortunately I’m having the same error as Jane.
Oh yes! Read the extra tips I added to the description above – and let me know if that helps. If we can’t find a solution (although lots of people have managed to download it successfully – lucky ducks!) I might take it down, I think! Sorry for the frustration, Zen! xx
Wow…it’s my favourite magazine. Lovely – thanks Pip!
Hi Pip! Love that magazine, thanks! But I couldn’t get the code to work on my ipad. It said “your voucher appears to be invalid”. I tried a few iterations, lower case etc, but couldn’t get it to work.
Oh stay tuned! It worked for me! Let’s see what I’ve messed up in the instructions!
x
Jane – I’ve just emailed them to double check. Will report back as soon as they let me know what the story is! Sorry about this being a tiny bit pesky! x
Here is what they said: “If you enter it the code, the first time, the issue will be ready to download under ‘Buy issues’
If you have already entered the promo code and then try and enter it again you will get an error message ‘ Your voucher appears to be invalid’. I also asked someone else in the team to test this promo code and it’s working ok for them too. ”
Let me know how you go! xx
