I can't decide if I like these or not; my back would be stuffed without decent support, but if you are in good condition they may be OK: cheap and cheerful for sure…

Great find and thanks for sharing. I've thinking about the same solution for our bed. So, after seeing these pictures I just want to go out and find the pallets right now.
how fab…the castors give them the height they need. i always see these disgarded at the back of my work and think they would be good for something! maybe a coffee table on castors w ply wood top? very inspirational!

I love everything about the first photo! What an awesome space to hang out! And I love the storage usage of the pallet in the third photo.
I've been really enjoying your posts on facebook and am now following your lovely blog 🙂 Thanks for sharing ~Elishia

It reminds me of DYI stolen / cheap / student furniture circa 1983 – materials used milk crates (when they had full sides), bessa blocks, planks ( book cases and dining tables / chairs). Coffee tables were often those huge wooden spools that wire and rope used to come on, pallets – lounges as we see here, beds – the one luxury: a matress on the floor with milk crate side tables…home styling made simple!ih

Love them all – esp the first one with the door as a headboard.
They looks so sweet and comfy to sleep in. I just want to bury myself under them.
They remind me of the bed on the last season of The Block.
I love them all, cheap and cheerful- we all need more of that!
I love the third one. It would be such a cute idea for a little girls room or a play room. Beautiful.
