I’ve found your blog just now, it’s very inspiring. I can imagine how interesting and lovely your book is, so please count me in 🙂
Hello Pip. I stumbled across your book while on holiday in a Victorian bookshop, and now back on an army base in Wagga Wagga I must be content with your blog for inspiration. How I wish I’d bought it then. My vintage fabrics, fabulous old typewriter, funky plastic deer head and mishmash display of Brunswick St business cards seem a little strange here amongst the other homes, but I long to introduce Meet Me At Mikes and all that it inspires to other military spouses at the local craft group. What a refreshing alternative for the scrapbookers!

It was just today that I was trying to find $45 to buy you for a friend for her b’day. Unfortunately I could not afford both the birthday dinner and the book, I wish it could be. Your book feels and looks like the perfect inspiration for anybody wishing to do something with their hands.
The book looks great though I haven’t seen it in person yet. Congrats to you on its publishing!
Would you like to win this book?

Are 312 comments/competition entries enough, do you think?! Heck no – here’s another 🙂 The Meetmeatmikes book hasn’t quite made it to my bookshelf yet, but I’d love it to.
What a shiny, sparkly find you are!
I’ve just moved here from London, uprooted and followed this marvellous man 10,000 miles away from my home, my friends, family and all those familiar things. But what an adventure: and if MMAM’s is any indication of the gorgeous people and clever crafty folk in Melbourne then I’m doubly-delighted to have landed here.
Looking forward to hunting down your shop very soon but in the meantime, consider yourself bookmarked!
Happy Days, emma x

stumbled upon your shop on a short trip to Melbourne and I was blown away… all my favourite things seemed to be in your shop! I bought a dress and was rapt when it was wrapped up in old dress patterns (no plastic!) , and the receipt tucked in an envelope made out of an old Melbourne map. I would love to see and make what’s in your new book!

Hello-
I read your blog every day and it has inspired me to think about being more crafty.
I haven’t actually got to the point of doing anything yet, except buy a bunch of vintage trimmings at the boot. Oh — I also made a v-shaped pillowcae out of IKEA fabric for my v-shaped pillow.
I would love your book, saw it at the local book shop a couple of weeks ago and sat and wished. Please Mrs Random picker, pick me, pick me:)

hi there, ever since ive been exposed to the craftiness of melbourne i feel an urge to transfer this wonderful movement across oceans to my home, the netherlands — and we dutchies really need those warm and fluffy crocheted/knitted goods with our minus 0 degrees climate.. and were in desparate need of an equivalent of st rose artists market, too. so, the book will at least get me & my friends started.
