If you’re at a loss for something to do… You might like to make a softie this weekend! And donate it to us for our Softies for Mirabel campaign! Support the Mirabel Foundation!

This is the beginning of the list of FREE patterns that have been offered generously! If you have a free pattern that you would like to share – please leave a comment and I’ll edit this post accordingly! We’d just LOVE to link to you!

Happy Apple – from Kootoyoo – scroll down the page a bit!
Peaky Beaky Bird – from Mike

Okay.. well that’s the list so far… it’s kinda short, isn’t it?! So let’s all get to work! If you have any pre-1980s vintage patterns in your craft book collection – and you think they are supercute – then why not upload them to your blog or flickr and let us know. And if you have any original patterns that you’d like to share – I’d love to know..! Perhaps you have a PDF you could put on your site for free download? Please help us to make this a really amazing appeal!

If you want to make a softie from one of the recent SOFTIES books, or from any other current craft book or craft website – then feel free to do that – just put a little note on it saying – NOT FOR AUCTION. Those ones can go straight to the ace Mirabel kids for Christmas! Which is equally as important as the auction, isn’t it?! ALL SOFTIES will be displayed in the Mikes window!

Anticipating HEAPS o COMMENTS and lots of PATTERNS!

xx Mikes
